Help error installing orchestrator

I try to install the orchestrator but unexpected error appears in 50% of execution

Can somebody help me?

A couple of questions:
Is this your first time installing or are you preforming an upgrade?
Are you getting an error message?

Yes, it is the first time I install the orchestrator and the error that appears is “Unexpected error” in 50% of the installation
