[HELP] CPU at 100% due to StorSvc (svchost) on RPA server with UiPath

Symptom: Sustained 100% CPU usage on Windows Server 2025 where UiPath Assistant is running Impacts UiPath Assistant/Executor

The processes that consume the most resources are:
Service Host: Storage Service (StorSvc)
UiPath.Executor
UiPath.Assistant

Current version of UiPath: UiPath Studio 22.4.5
There are no patterns to the problem.
Although I have tried to track down and see which process behind Storsvc is generating the high consumption, I have not been successful.
Has anyone had a similar problem? Do you have any recommendations?

any system logs or event viewer logs based on times tamp

also is it happenign when start or in between the process?

for any specific processes?

Upgrade your Windows with their latest KB patches.

I would recommend having at least 8 GB RAM available (do not make confusion with total RAM) and 4 x 2.4GHz 64-bit (x64) in your system. Then upgrade the UiPath Studio to 24.10.16 (latest patch) from here, as the Studio 22.4.5 is out of support completely.

Then check if you see improvements.
