Help connecting to UiPath VM pool VM

Hello, I have asked this a few times but have not had an answer yet, I would really appreciate some help!!!

I have an IP from a UiPath VM pool VM, it is enabled for remote desktop and jobs. When I put the IP address into microsoft remote desktop, an error occurs and I cannot connect to the VM.

Potentially, I’m not sure but I am using a company laptop, how do I check / access it using a VPN?

Are you connected to your comapny vpn?

if yes try to disconnect and try

or the ip might be wrong check it

I wouldn’t be allowed to disconnect from the VPN and the IP is exactly how it is when copied from UiPath VM pool .

Can I not connect to this IP if I am using a VPN?

vpn might have blocks to external ip’s

reach to your it and unblock/whitelist them…then you can

Hi @Anil_G I’vr asked IT and we do not have a VPN in place and they dont believe anything in the firewall may block it, do you have any other ideas?

I have been trying to use the Access IP in the remote desktop and it looks like this 12.345.67.890 Is this correct?

I have also tried to use the public IP which looks like 1.234.567.89 and this does not work in the application either i just get this error

Ive connected now, the Access IP was incorrect.
