@gheorghestan, we are experiencing the same issue as @Robin_Buijs. After the Preview ended, the healing feature now states the following:
“Upgrade or allocate more units. Upgrade the Healing Agent add-on to use this feature or allocate more units. Please consult our documentation for more details. Please contact your organization administrator.”
As you noted before, this would appear to be a licensing issue; however, I have confirmed that we still have 5,000 heals available.
Similarly to @Robin_Buijs , I followed the instructions in the documentation to enable healing agents using the AI Trust Layer policy, but unfortunately, it is still not working. Is there some other setting we are missing?
One clue: While I am able to allocate AI Units per tenant, I do not currently have the ability to allocate Heals per tenant. Is this by design?
