Having issues following email tutorial

I was following this tutorial and I really like it, but around the 4 minute mark they run the program and get no errors, I feel like I followed the example but yet its telling me I haven’t defined the variables. Is this a hypothethical exaple and if so where would I put in my email info to actually get it to work?
