Having error with anchor base

Hello guys!
I need help about anchor base. I will attach my xaml file and excel file which is include URLs. I use anchor base for finding “Material” and getting the text just left side. However I get the null. It is same with “Größe”. What should I do?

Please find the below attached xaml file for your reference. I just removed “Anchor base” activity and just used “Get Text” activity.

Make sure that you provided the output value for “Get Text” activity.

Here is the outcomes. Because of the Material is positioning in different row I get these results. That’s why I tried to anchor base but it did not work too. Any suggestions??
