Have to match the value in oracle table fields

I have an excel each row with method,number,chequedate,receiptstate,receiptstatus,

for each row,
i have to take each value and find the exact line in the oracle results. for matching line have to enable the check box at the end. below i have attached image for reference , kindly help me with steps.
