Has anyone been selected for a role without matching every technology in the JD?

Has anyone here been selected for a role even though they didn’t have experience with every technology mentioned in the JD?

I have 3+ years of experience mainly in UiPath RPA, but the role I’m interviewing for also mentions Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Python, and Streamlit. I don’t have production experience with all of these technologies.

If anyone has faced a similar situation, how did you handle the interview when asked about technologies you haven’t worked with? I really don’t want to lose the opportunity because of these gaps, so I’d appreciate any advice or experiences from people who have been through something similar.

In my experience most of JD my have a lot of things mentioned.
If you have 70-80% covered is good enough to crack the interview, but it also varies to each employer and interviewer.
