Has Anyone Automated FreshBooks Workflows Using UiPath?

Hi UiPath Community,

I’m john from The Ledger Labs, where we specialize in automating accounting and finance operations for businesses.

We’re currently exploring ways to automate tasks within FreshBooks using UiPath — such as creating invoices, managing customer records, recording payments, and extracting reports. However, FreshBooks doesn’t have an official UiPath activity pack or native integration that we could find.

Has anyone here successfully automated workflows in FreshBooks using UiPath? If so:

  • Did you use the API, UI automation, or both?
  • How did you handle authentication (OAuth 2.0)?
  • Any best practices or gotchas to watch out for?

Would really appreciate any insights, examples, or suggestions from the community!

if you have integration services then you have a connector already which would be the best way
