HAA - “Cannot allocate nodes for shards” when creating Redis DB

I am installing Orchestrator HIGH AVAILABILITY ADD-ON as per the documentation Installation

But while performing the installation steps on Secondary Node i’m getting below error:

Creating UiPath database...
HTTP/1.1 406 NOT ACCEPTABLE
Server: nginx
Date: Thu, 16 Dec 2021 01:38:21 GMT
Content-Type: application/json
Content-Length: 150
Connection: keep-alive

{"description":"Cannot allocate nodes for shards","error_code":"insufficient_resources","error_details":{"error":"cannot_allocate_nodes_for_shards"}}

Can someone please help me on this.

Thanks for sharing my hardships @Palaniyappan!

The crux of my trouble came down to two firewalls running (IPTables and FirewallD, but I was only disabling/configuring one of them. Read the post for more details.

If you are still running into troubles after that, feel free to ask any questions and I’ll assist where I can. If you can outline your Method of Procedure (MOP) obscuring any sensitive details and any output, OS / Version, HAA Install Script / Version, etc. would help to provide suggestions.

Cheers,
Tim
