Grouping of rows in Gantt chart

Team,

Basically trying to bring a Gantt chart to illustrate the occupancy of bot machine. But on grouping the chart is misleading and the coverage is from first start to last end. This might not be correct and in between there could be lot of hours the bot world be free.

Any one faced this issue? Any idea to overcome the same ?
