Greyed out sequence - why and what to do?

Dear all

In my REFramework, one of the sequences is greyed out.
This causes my project to stop (close applications and finish)

1: Why did this happen, and
2: What can I do to get it ‘blue’ and working again?

Hi,

Grey icon means the file is ignored from publish.
Can you try to right-click the file then click “set as Publishable” as the following?
