I am using the Robots dashboard from UiPath Templates. The graphs look great in Insights, but when I schedule delivery by email, 4 of the 9 graphs are blank (tiles 1-3, 8). The issue is consistent whether I select PDF or PNG format.
When you manually access that graph on Insights, do you see the details populated?
It can be the case when robot graph is emailed to you, that time, no details were available/pulled for that particular section?

Thanks for your quick response. The graphs are populated in Insights at the precise time the graphs are emailed.

That’s strange. I just sent robot template to myself, its showing all the tiles the way it is showing in Insights with tile(6 and 9 having no data).
Does this happen always for you? or sometimes?
Have you tried sending over some other template data, does it happen for other templates too?

Always the same 4 graphs are blank. I have tried both scheduling delivery directly from the Robots template and from a copy of the Robots template I saved to my dashboard. I should mention that the titles are displayed in the otherwise empty tiles.
I tried emailing other template dashboards with the following results:
Business ROI: Tile 3 has only the title, remaining 5 tiles are fine.
Processes: Tile 1 has only the title, remaining 4 tiles are fine.

When, you click on 3 dots on your dashboard and downloa dit manually, what does ot show?
Does it show blank or populates in that case?

The 4 tiles are blank when I use the download option.

I asked my manager to view and download the dashboard. His experience is the same as mine. He can view all the graphs in the dashboard. But when he downloads the dashboard, those 4 specific tiles are blank. What might be different about our configuration than yours?
