Grant access to App

Good afternoon,

I’m getting started with UiPath Apps. I have a Community Edition account. I’ve created a small app that executes an unattended robot, which I want to share access to so a couple of friends can run it. However, no matter what I do, when they log in with their accounts, they always receive this message:

“One or more pages could not be loaded. You do not have rights to access one or more pages. If you believe this to be an error, please contact your system administrator, or check the application forms security.”

What should I do to grant access to other users? How should those users be configured in my tenant, in admin, in orchestrator, etc?

Please add user to automation user group and add this role permission on deployed folder into orchestrator.

Login to Orchestrator → Go to Tenant → Manage access → Assign Roles → Select user → Click on Three dots → Add the App Version permission.
