Hi everyone,
I am facing an issue in UiPath Studio Web with a BPMN process where my Integration Service connections are completely missing from the activity configuration dropdowns.
The Problem:
-
I have a successfully established, green-status Google Drive connection in Orchestrator (Integration Service).
-
When trying to configure a “Message start event” (File Created), the Google Drive connection dropdown shows “No available connections. Click + Connection above to create one.”
What I have already tried:
-
Browser troubleshooting: Hard refresh, clearing cookies/cache, and testing via Incognito mode.
-
Direct creation: Clicking the + Connection button right inside the Studio Web activity dropdown to build it in-context. It authenticates successfully but still fails to populate the dropdown list afterward.
-
Testing with alternative Google accounts.
It feels like a folder-scoping mismatch or sync bug between Integration Service and Studio Web’s BPMN interface. Has anyone encountered this or found a workaround to force the connection to refresh?
Thank you in advance.
Hi @jayanta.ojha
Studio Web only displays Integration Service connections that are available in the same Orchestrator folder/tenant and for which the user has the required permissions.
So ensure the Google Drive connection is created in the same folder as the BPMN process, verify connection permissions, then use Fix Connection/Reconnect and reopen the Studio Web project. If it still does not appear, it may be a synchronization issue between Orchestrator and Studio Web.
Many users have reported similar behavior, so monitor for updates and fixes..

Hi @prashant1603765,
Thank you for the quick response!
I made sure that both the connection and the BPMN process are sitting in the exact same folder (My Workspace), and my user permissions are fully enabled. I even tried recreating the connection directly through the Studio Web activity dropdown to force it into the correct scope, but it still refuses to sync.
Since you mentioned it’s a known synchronization issue affecting multiple users, I’ll keep an eye out for updates.
Thanks again.
Yes great!
@marian.platonov ; @Raluca_Laic Pls have a look…
@jayanta.ojha
This is possible bug. Multiple users reported similar issues. Let’s wait for solution from UiPath team.
Hi @ashokkarale,
Thanks for confirming. Good to know it’s a known bug and not something wrong with my setup. I will wait for an official patch from the UiPath team.
Thanks.
Hi @Samrat_Dutta,
Thank you for the update. I just checked and it is working perfectly on my end now.
Thanks.
