Gmailの情報をZOHO CRMへ入れる

こんにちは、初めてフォーラムに質問させていただきます。
やり方が間違っていたらすみません。

トピックの通り、Gmailの本文から、氏名や会社名、電話番号やメールアドレス等の項目を抜き出して、zohoの見込み客の各項目へペーストをして保存をしたいと思っています。

zohoへのペーストの動きは大体わかるのですが、Gmailからの項目の取得の仕方が分かりません。

そもそも、studioXのアクティビティとしてはoutlookがあるのは分かるのですが、Gmailも連携することができるのでしょうか？

Better support for GMail is in our short term roadmap, but not yet available. As workarounds you can use the following:

  1. Configure Outlook to work with you GMail account
  2. Use App/Web activities to access the e-mail your want

As for parsing the Body of an e-mail, the only option right now is to do it in Excel (using TextToColumns, Macros or Functions) or using scripting in the Advanced Editor window.

We are aware of these shortcomings and we will do improvements in these areas in the next releases.
