Give access to the orchestrator

Hello community, how do I grant access to new users in Orchestrator? what step by step should I do, how do I send an invitation link to participate in the orchestrator

It depends on what kind of orchestrator you’re on.

Hi,

  1. Open Orchestrator and goto admin tab.
  2. Once you are inside admin tab open Accounts and groups section.
  3. After this click on Invite users(top right corner) and give the email id and check the boxes for access type.
  4. At the end click Invite.
    5.Recipients will receive a link and they need to follow instructions to connect to the orchestrator.

What if the User loses the email / link that was sent to them? How can you resend the Invite?

You can find them in the list of users in the admin section, and there is an option to resend.

Thanks Jon, but I am on the Orchestrator Cloud instance and not On-Prem so I do not see this option…

For on prem, I am not sure, not encountered this issue when I’ve been managing them. Sorry.

Ok, confused…thought the your original response was for On-Prem not Cloud. I am Cloud but cannot find any option to resend the Invite than to maybe Delete the User and then re-invite them again.

Oh sorry, I misread your response. What I showed you is from Cloud. In the Admin section for the users.
