Hi Community,

i have a process where they use github. so in github they will be having multiple organisations. in the organisation each organisation will have allocated teams .

ex : Organisation name : xxxx
team name : a,b,c,d, kind

so my requierment is admin want to share every quarterly some review kind using discussion colum in organisation. once clicked on discssion there will be Subject and body so need
subject : ex UAM Q1 2025 review : team name
body : Dear @organsiation/team name

need to mention.

so my chalange every organisation having mutiple teams

lets say 10 organisation having 200 team each organisation having 50 teams.

so every time bot need to update the discussion with 50 teams details.

can any one help me how to extract and continue the flow.

once clicked on teams (its an example we will be having 100 also in each organisation groups)

so these are the screens
1.first it go to organisation there will be plenty need to do one by one.
2. once organisation selected there will be team that details need to get.
3. then go to the discussion in the organisation pannel then key in one by one teams details and submit the discussion.

these are the flow which bot need to complete. can any one help on the flow and design.
