But I already have the License for UiPath Test Manager/Test Suite, does that include the GITHUB license as well?

UiPath Test Manager is a UiPath proprietary product

GitHUB is different

As per my knowledge it will not include the GITHUB

GitHub is a 3rd party tool. It is not included in UiPath Test Suite.
