Git Repository Abled or Disbled?

Hi all, I’m busy checking my settings before I commence with my automation.
Does Git repository need to be enabled or disabled before I start bulding? Please see my settings screen:

Do you maintain all your codes in repositories?
If so and want to keep a track record of all the changes that you’re gonna make then you can keep that enabled.

Else it’s not mandatory to enable it.

  1. Enable Git repository:
  • If you plan to use version control for your automation projects, enabling Git repository settings within UiPath is necessary.
  • Git repository integration allows you to manage changes, track revisions, collaborate with team members, and maintain a history of your automation project’s development.
  • Enabling Git repository from the start ensures that your automation projects are properly version-controlled from the beginning.
  1. Disable Git repository:
  • If you do not intend to use version control or Git repository integration for your automation projects, you may choose to disable this feature.

It is not mandatory to enable GIT for your projects
