Getting Transaction from Get Transaction Data State to Process Transaction State

Hello everyone,

Im trying to move the transaction from Get Transaction Data State to Process Transaction State,
but the transaction is looping in get transaction State, can anyone suggest me on this issue.

In the get transaction data state im just showning that next page exists, im not extracting any data or passing anything.

We are giving the variable to IN type argument WI list. and it outs the argument transactionitem and that binds it to the process. can you attach your workflow?
