Getting RemoteCertificateNameMismatch error

I have installed Orchestrator On-prem successfully but facing 2 issues

  • When I am opening Orchestrator, I am not getting any option and tab to add Machines

  • The bigger issue being faced is that when i am trying to connect Studio on prem to this Orchestrator using Client ID and Client Secret, I am getting an error RemoteCertificateNameMismatch

Can someone pls help here –

  1. Are you logging in with right set of access? and are you checking the tenants tab to add machines?

  2. The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure (error from Robot )- Troubleshoot steps

You can check the EventViewer for the exact logs regarding to the error

Can you please checke that you have the correct roles assigned to your user account in Orchestrator. You can check this by going to the Users page and verifying that your user account has the Machine and Robot roles assigned.

For the second issue, the RemoteCertificateNameMismatch error typically occurs when the hostname in the Orchestrator URL does not match the SSL certificate.
