Getting modules not installed error even when it is installed

Hi All,
Powershell Modules are installed in a system, and the process runs fine. Process has some scripts to execute on powershell. Sometimes randomly it throws an exception saying that Modules are not installed. When the process is restarted, it works fine. Is this a bot related issue or server related? It works fine in different server.

This does not happen everytime, just randomly per week.

You check the event logs when it happens, might be you get the issue.
