Getting message "startjobParameters must not be null"

I am using Uipath Community edition for learning API. I am trying to automate an API Process through Uipath Studio.

I have a RPA process which displays Robot Name and the argument value.

Through Another UiPath Program I am trying to pass argument through API Call.

When I pass the following statement in the body of HTTP Request, I am able to get result.

“{ ““startInfo””: { ““ReleaseKey””: “””+ ReleaseKey + “”“, ““Strategy””: ““Specific””, ““RobotIds””: [”+ RobotId + “], ““NoOfRobots””: 0 } }”

But When I pass following statement , I am getting “startjobParameters must not be null”

“{ ““startInfo””: { ““ReleaseKey””: “””+ ReleaseKey + “”“, ““Strategy””: ““Specific””, ““RobotIds””: [”+ RobotId + “], ““NoOfRobots””: 0 , ““InputArguments”” : “”{ ““MessageFromAPI”” : ““GoodMorning”” }”" } }"

I could not find a solution. Please help me to resolve this issue
The target process has one argument “MessageFromAPI”
