Why does an invalid_client error occur during a connection from Orchestrator Manager 2.6.2 to Orchestrator?

While connecting the Orchestrator Manager version 2.6.2 to on-prem Orchestrator, you are asked for the URL. If the URL is copied from a browser with a slash at the end, it will double that slash while building the full URL the Manager connects to.

To resolve this, make sure to not end the Orchestrator URL with a slash when inserting it into Orchestrator Manager
