Getting HTTP request Exception while using Generative Ai in Extract Document data activity from Document Understanding package

Hi,

I’m having a problem. When employing the Generative AI Extractor feature from Document understanding for Extract Document Data activity, a System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException is raised.

what are you trying to do, how can we reproduce the issue? are you connected to the orchestrator?

Hi @Monica_Secelean, I am trying to extract data from an invoice using Document understanding with Extract document data activity using Generative Ai Feature.
Earlier the code working fine but since the last few days it is throwing the error.

Since i was new to Forum page, I am unable to share the workflow.

I am using the below packages for Gen Ai feature in extract data activity:

  1. “UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.Activities”: “[2.6.0-preview]”,
  2. “UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.ML.Activities”: “[1.26.0-preview]”,
  3. “UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities”: “[6.16.0-preview]”

Sorry for the late reply. Did you tried the latest preview package?

Also, if you have a drive account to share the logs and/or the workflow would be great.
Only from that photo is hard to tell where is the origin of the issue.
