Getting "file path: is not a valid win32 application" while opening .eml file

Hi friends,

while opening saved email (.eml) , am getting “C:destop.… is not a valid win32 application” error pop up message.

please help on this issue…

@kuppuraj.k I think you are giving wrong path file name

Right click on file name
click properties
click security
copy the path and paste

am using ms outlook mail 2007 … its not supporting .eml file,2010 is supporting that .eml file…
after saving email by robot

@kuppuraj.k now which outlook mail you are using

issue in outlook 2007. now outlook 2016 am using. it will support .eml file we can open email by manually after saving email by robot
