Getting Exception when send email using SMTP

I am using outlook account using SMTP to send email and after sending some successfully email getting below exception

ID- T****.a***e.cc@icloud.com : A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

Less secure apps are enabled for a gmail account, but I am using outlook account id to send email using SMTP… In outlook account don’t have “less secure apps”…

Verify your Outlook account. Open the Inbox of the account, add you phone number and activate the account. Should solve the issue.
