Getting Exception error while opening uipath and clicking on any item

I just installed community edition of uipath and getting below 2 errors most of the time in uipath:

  1. I am getting Exception error most of the times I open uipath studio.
    Error:
    IOException: The process cannot access file "\tmp__.tmp because it is used by another process.
  2. Then also another exception error whenever I click on any item that has been dragged into the work area.
    Error:
    NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Please help to resolve.

Hi,

Check whether you have access to all the folders in C:\ Drive or your windows directory.
Its better to uninstall and reinstall the UiPath will resolve the issue.
