Getting Exception { "error" : "invalid_grant" }' while generating UIpath RefreshToken

Hi, I am trying to generate uiapth refreshtoken using postman, its generating accesstoken successfully , but if we try to refresh the token using the refresh_token getting error as { “error” : “invalid_grant” }, Please help us, its only in few cases, sometimes we are able to generate new accesstoken, sometime it fails.

Can you please confirm in which all cases you are getting this error? It would be better if you can share the screenshot of the full error and the configuration in postman.
