Getting error while writing data into an Excel

Hi, I am writing the data from the DataTable into an excel getting this error. Can anyone help.

How I set used the Excel Application Scope and used the Read Range Activity Inside it.

There can be many reason for it to behave like that .just try to update the microsoft with the latest version.
