Getting error while trying to do "Write cell" operation - Library not registered

Hi
I am new to UiPath StudioX, trying to do the example given in Uipath academy.
I am using Windows 10 m/c, office 2013 and StudioX 2020.4.1 version.
I can access excel file and can write into it after reading it from csv file.
While i am trying to do operation i am getting ‘Write Cell’ i am getting this error - '20.4.1

Library not registered. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002801D (TYPE_E_LIBNOTREGISTERED))

Spent almost 1 day to find the sol in this forum, please help me !

PS : i am selecting the value as ‘indicate in excel’ for ‘where to write’,
this is also installed
