Getting error while converting String to datetime

Hi All,
I’m getting an error while converting a string to datetime. i’m getting that string input date from excel i need to convert it into Datetime and need to extract the date.

I tried multiple ways but still i’m getting same error.

I’m attaching my code and Error screenshot below
