Getting Error in Excel

Dear Forum Members,

Am getting this error while making Custom Activity in Visual studio.

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: 'Could not load file or assembly ‘office, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c’

Can anyone help ?
