Getting error in document understanding while processing pdf with different format

HI Community i have 2 different format of certificate i want to extract same field from both pdf but I am getting error while extracting .
for your reference i am attaching screenshot
can anyone tell me how we can extract different format but having same info
please help me to find out the solution for the same.
