Getting error BC30198: ")" and error BC0004

HI, I am getting error BC30198: “)” and error BC0004 when entering the formula “=IF(D3<72400),“None”,IF(D3<217200,“Member”,IF(D3< 434000,“COT”,“TOT”)))” into write cell activity

After 72400 ) closing bracket is wrong

And for every inverted comma inside the first and last use double inverted comma ""
