Hi all !
Getting error as could not obtain access token while sign to studio ? This error is coming first time
Hi @vhvinodsai
This issue usually occurs due to an invalid Orchestrator URL, blocked network/proxy, corrupted local UiPath auth cache, or system time mismatch. Clearing UiPath local cache, verifying the correct cloud Orchestrator URL, syncing system time, and ensuring required UiPath URLs are allowed through firewall resolves the issue in most cases, if you still face the issue please share the Screenshot of the error.
Thanks
Hi @vhvinodsai
- Check internet and disconnect VPN/proxy
- Sign out from UiPath Studio and Assistant, then sign in again
- Close Studio and delete
C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\UiPath - Verify system date and time
- Check Orchestrator URL opens in browser
- Restart machine
If many users face it, it’s likely an Orchestrator or UiPath auth issue.
It could be possible due to network policies on your machine getting initialised.

Hello @vhvinodsai,
Try following the below steps:
- Open UiPath Assistant.
- Attempt to connect, even if it shows as unlicensed and displays an error.
- When prompted, choose Sign Out (do not select Disconnect).
- After signing out, reconnect using the same credentials.
- The license should be acquired immediately after reconnecting.
Regards,
Bharat
