Does anyone know how can I select all data from the list bellow

When I click on arrows, these accounts appears, so I have to get all that accounts and put it in the list of strings.

Try using Data Scraping, or find children

It’s not the option. I have to use Click image activity, while image exists. Do you know how to do that?
