Getting COMException for created Custom Activity

Hi,

I am trying to make new Custom Activity, when i am executing it in a UIPath, it throws COMException with a message as

Message: Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC

Exception Type: COMException

Does anyone have idea about it, what changes do i need to do for the same
