Gets Could not create Quartz job (#1006) when creating, update or enable triggers in Orchestrator

I started to get the error “Could not create Quartz job (#1006)” when changing or creating new triggers in Orchestrator.
We are running version 2019.10.14.

Found some erlier Posts on this subject and it refered to IIS not being correct.
We have had this working for a long time and nothing was changed at the point when the problem started.

Anyone that knows what could be the problem here?
