GetOutlookMailMessages: The specified folder does not exist (after more than 10min working)

Hi all,

We have a process running that use the activity GetOutlookMailMessages.
It works fine in the beginning (for more than 10min), however after that I get the following error: “The specified folder does not exist”.

The folder that is used is a shared email inbox if that matters.

What is the reason for this? Is it something with Outlook/Exchange or something with the Activity GetOutlookMailMessages? How can we solve this?

Ensure that the outlook /exchange is active all the time

As you said it is shared mail folder. May be connection failed or something wrong happened.

this sometimes happens due to some outlook configuration
kindly restart the machine and try once…
but before trying again ensure that the shared mail box and folder property is mentioned correctly…
that would work for sure
