Get value from SAP field and date variations

Hi.
I can’t get value from SAP field

get text: not work
get ocr text: not work
get full text: not work

There is a second way. Subtract one month from a date. (MM-1, YYYY).
Will it work in January 2019?? Can robot also back one year ?? ( 01.2019 → 12.2018)
