Get value from pivot table which having row labels

Hi Guys,

I am having one pivot table in excel sheet which contain two columns who have row labels no column labels, now i want to fetch values from second column as per row label condition .

Example:

now i want value in front of 96388489 which is “to create dispute…”, how i can get it.
