Get Transaction Item does not work for items if Property "Postpone" Maintained

I found the Activity “get transaction Item” will get nothing if Property “Postpone” has value (which was Added by Activity “Add Queue Item”. )
Is it a bug or system designed?

How can I get the transaction items if “Postpone” filled?

Already know the answer, but do not know how to delete the post.

The Postpone will lock the transaction items in setting period, and can’t be get.
