Get specific content from body part

From Date: dd/mmm/yyyy
To Date: dd/mmm/yyyy

from this data i need to get (from and to date) and update “L” in excel sheet

For example from date:8/may/2017
To Date:9/may/2017
for that employee in 8th and 9th column should be assigned “L”
“L” should be placed on 8th and 9th column i.e(K,L)
can anyone help me out

did you miss any other image? where does L come from?
