Any news of this? I have ran into the same problem:
Enterprise Studio: 2019.10.4
Enterprise Orchestrator: 2019.10.17
Same issue as described above, except the issue occured with a get queue items activity. I was just checking how many queue items with new status were present in the queue. Please resolve it, it is causing inconvinience with our clients.

Did this issue solved? Because I am facing the same issue at queues.
Can you upgrade Studio/Robot to 2022.4.7 or Studio 2022.10.4 and recheck?
