Get outlook mail messages. Time out error

Hello I hope you are doing well. Can someone help me out to fix this error message. I am not sure what I ma doing wrong I am just following the course “Build you first process wiht studio” specifally on the step " Building the Workflow-Part One" But I am not sure what’s going on here. Thanks. Appreciate your help.
