Get Outlook Mail Messages -- Not working as expected

I am trying to read the outlook mail using this activity but this activity throws an error/ does not work if the outlook is not opened.
What’s the fix for this so that even if the outlook is closed it would work

Plus i am also using “[Subject] = '”+VarEmailSubject+“'” in Filter and it is also not working

It needs Outlook open. Just have your process open it if it isn’t open, before the Get Mail Messages.

If the filter isn’t working then maybe there are no exact matches? What value do you have in VarEmailSubject? Special characters?

if it close

But we can get outlook mail message but we don’t need open it

Try mentioning the email address (Outlook account name) in the Account field.
