Get outlook mail message missed to fetch some email

Hi All,
has anyone faced that missing emails, while using get outlook mail message activity.

I noticed the mails in the inbox are missed out if there are a lot of mails, has anyone faced this issue?

Could you please tell me the steps you followed to do this.

I’m using get email message activities.
It works perfectly fine n get all the messages from inbox, however randomly it misses out a few emails. This only happens occasionally.

I used Outlook mail message activity only and but did not face this kind of issue till now.

Is there an update on this? I’m experiencing the same issue with Get Outlook Mail Messages activity. TimeoutMS is ample. Top is ample. OnlyUnreadMessages option makes no difference. No filter. Email received date not an issue. Most of the time it works fine but occasionally it misses a few.

I’m facing the same issue these days.
I’d like to filter 1 or 2 mails from Outlook inbox, and they have the same subject form each other like AAA_BBB_*** (*** is customer name).
So I put the activity on the workflow only once, and set the filter property like ‘@SQL=urn:schemas:httpmail:subject LIKE ‘%AAA_BBB%’’
But sometimes(actually it’s very often… once 2 or 3 weeks?), its result is only one even though our inbox has 2 mails or more.
If I change nothing and forward the mail myself, then it works very well.

Had someone here get fixed it?
