Get outlook mail message activity The specified folder does not exist (지정된 폴더가 없습니다)

VDI 내에서 아웃룩에 특정 메일이 오는지 계속 확인 후 메일이 있을시,
아웃룩 어플리케이션을 열어서 메일을 가져와
프로세스를 진행하는 로직 중 get outlook mail message activity에서 단발성으로 ‘지정된 폴더가 없습니다’ exception 을 던지네요…

액티비티 속성 값은

Account - 빈칸(blank)
MailFolder - “받은 편지함”

처음부터 메일 자체를 아예 못읽는 것도 아니고, 몇 시간정도는 잘 읽다가 갑자기 exception을 던지는데
도통 해결책을 못찾겠네요 ㅠ
혹시 이런 이슈 겪으셨던 분 있으신가요 ㅠ

exchange 계정이라 메일 수신폴더 변경이 불가합니다ㅠ

If there is an email after continuously checking whether a specific email is coming to Outlook within VDI, Open the Outlook application and import the mail.
Among the logic of the process, the get outlook mail message activity throws a one-shot ‘there is no specified folder’ exception.

The activity attribute value is

Account - blank
MailFolder - “Inbox”

It’s not that I can’t read the mail itself at all, it’s reading well for a few hours and suddenly throwing an exception.
I can’t find a solution at all.
Have any of you experienced this issue?

email account is ‘exchange account’. So I can’t change the folder location of Inbox
